1. Service description

IRS Clarity provides an informational tax calculation tool for Portuguese IRS (personal income tax). The service is for estimation purposes only and does not constitute legal or tax advice.

2. No warranty

Tax laws change annually. While we strive for accuracy, calculations may not reflect the latest legislation. Always verify results with an official tax advisor or the Portuguese Tax Authority (AT) portal at portaldasfinancas.gov.pt

3. Subscriptions

Plus (€6,49): One-time payment, 30 days of access to Plus features.

Pro (€9,49/year): Annual subscription. Renews automatically every year. Cancel anytime via your Stripe customer portal. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Limitation of liability

IRS Clarity is not liable for any tax penalties, incorrect filings, or financial losses resulting from use of this service. Use at your own risk.
